All of Bianco Light + Space products are meticulously made to order entirely by hand in Los Angeles, CA. Any minor imperfections are due to the nature of the materials used and of the product being handmade.

installation

Bianco Light + Space products must be installed by a Bianco Light + Space technician or a licensed professional. All products come with installation instructions and spec details.

Care

Due to the fragile nature of Bianco Light + Space products, we recommend all products be handled with the upmost care when installing and cleaning. Depending on the product, gloves will be provided for handling and installation.

For glass components, we recommend using a soft microfiber cleaning cloth with glass cleaner such as Windex. All brass components are clear coated. Brass can be gently cleaned with a damp soft microfiber cleaning cloth using room temperature water. When cleaning, be sure to be as gentle as possible when rubbing surfaces.

WARRANTY

Bianco Light + Space offers a 2 year warranty from date of purchase for all electronic components. Proof of purchase will be required. Components will be sent directly to customer. Customer is responsible for hiring a licensed professional for repairs.

If preferred, customer can ship product back to the studio for repairs at their own expense. Cost of repairs would be on a case by case basis.
